Assam polls: Nadda terms Congress' '5 guarantees' as 'display of mental bankruptcy'

For the ongoing elections in Assam, Congress had offered 5 guarantees in their manifesto.

Tearing their guarantees apart and calling it 'display of mental bankruptcy', JP Nadda asked that how limited in the knowledge of people who make these guarantees.

"Can a state law overrule a law passed by Parliament?," he asked.

JP Nadda further said that he can give 1 guarantee that wherever Congress will go, they will do a scam.
