Watch: 3 terrorists involved in attack on BJP leader eliminated in Pulwama
Security forces eliminated three terrorists during an encounter in the Kakapora area of Pulwama in Jammu & Kashmir.
Forces had launched a search and cordon operation after they received information about presence of terrorists in the area.
The operation turned into an encounter when the terrorists fired on the security forces.
Several incriminating materials including arms and ammunition were recovered from the slain terrorists.
IG Kashmir Police later confirmed to a news agency that the terrorists were involved in the attack on BJP leader Amwar Khan in Nowgam area on Thursday.
