BOCES cosmetology clinic reopens

Herkimer BOCES is reopening its cosmetology clinic for the first time in a year, offering appointments to community members to give students practice and experience.

Clinic will be back open this thursday and friday.

The clinic welcomes community members for appointments to allow students to gain experience providing salon and spa services.

Customers can receive haircuts, coloring, manicures, pedicures, waxing and more from the cosmetology students under the supervision of their instructors.

The cost of the services are used to offset the costs of operating the clinic.

Appointments are available thursdays and fridays from 9am to 1pm.

All school and salon covid guidelines are in place.
