Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has visited a Memorial Wall in London that will eventually be made up of almost 150,000 hand-drawn hearts and be more than a kilometre long.He praised the work of bereaved families of Covid-19 victims who have begun painting the mural in central London to remember their loved ones.
