Dept of Floriculture organises training program on commercial floriculture in Srinagar

To boost the flower growers in the Valley, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Department of Floriculture organized a one-day training program on commercial floriculture for framers of Kashmir Division.

More than 50 flower growers and entrepreneurs from different parts of the Valley participated in the program held at gardener's training school in Rajbagh.

During the program, experts discussed various topics on the production of flower cuttings, rooting hormones, and hybrid seeds, and the different aspects of floriculture.
