Teenager makes bow ties for shelter dogs to help them get adopted

A teenager is helping dogs get adopted by making bow ties for them to stand out to potential new owners.

Darius Brown, 14, started producing the ties in the wake of Hurricane Irma in 2017 when he discovered many dogs and cats from Florida and Puerto Rico had been taken to shelters close to his home in Newark, New Jersey.
