Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad makes special arrangements for animals to beat the heat

With temperature soaring, Nehru Zoological Park authorities have put in place a series of special arrangements like installation of water sprinklers and desert coolers to help its animals stay cool.

"We're providing 50 coolers and we've covered the enclosures with grass.

We are also feeding the animals with seasonal fruits," said S Devi, Curator of Nehru Zoological Park.

This Zoological Park is one of the most iconic tourist places to visit in Hyderabad.

It is also one of the largest zoos in the country.
