An elderly couple in Uttar Pradesh, India, have attempted to forge the largest lock in the world.

Satya Prakash Sharma and his wife Rukmini are seen posing next to their lock which stands at 6 feet 2 inches with a width of 2 feet and 9.5 inches.

Along with the 300-kilogram lock, the couple made two keys that weighs close to 12 kilograms. The couple spent almost £1,000 on making the huge lock and keys.
