Matt Hancock hails 'safe' vaccine programme
Matt Hancock has hailed the UK's vaccine programme as "the best project" he had ever been involved in.
At Wednesday's Downing Street press conference, the health secretary also spoke to allay possible fears of the AstraZeneca jab by saying "we know that the vaccine is safe and helps makes you safe".
