Restaurants hopeful Monterey County may move into the red tier
The state is expecting Monterey County to move to the red tier on Tuesday, March 16.
The tier adjustments would be assigned Tuesday, and take effect on Wednesday, March 17.
This would allow indoor dining to reopen at 25% capacity.
