Douglas County commissioners pass resolution to petition state to 'reopen'
The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to pass a resolution in order to petition Colorado’s governor to immediately adopt a plan that will let the county lift all coronavirus restrictions.
