EAM Jaishankar attends International Women's Day celebrations in Delhi
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar attended the International Women's Day celebrations held at the Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi on March 08.
EAM also addressed the guests during the event.
"As far as the role of women diplomats is concerned, Ministry of External Affairs has come a long way.
209 women officers constitute a quarter of Indian Foreign Service, out of which 22 are High Commissioners and Ambassadors across the world," said EAM.
