After flash floods, newly-built Bailey bridge readied in Chamoli

A new 200m-long Bailey bridge has been built in place of 90m-long bridge that was washed away on February 7 in Raini village during flash floods.

"It'll be open for transportation at 2 pm today.

Constructed with innovative methods in 8 record days," said AS Rathore, Chief Engineer, Border Roads Organisation.
