Delhi Police taking initiatives to improve police-public relations: SN Shrivastava

Delhi Police Commissioner SN Shrivastava said that we try to redress every grievance of the public, adding that it improves police-public relations.

It is also important that whatever police can do, put them in front of the people, so that they can take advantage of them, he further said.

"Recently we observed Delhi Police Week.

During that period we sent about 12 such vehicles in the area, which we call public relations vehicles.

There was also a vehicle named Probodhi of economic offence wing and two traffic vehicles.

The job of these vehicles was to increase public relations with citizens."
