From the earliest of times, bridges have brought communities together.

They're critical pieces of architecture which allow for cultural and economic development.

CDOT has launched an initiative which takes a look at the historic bridges which they maintain in order to try to preserve what they can in the face of an ever-increasing demand on our state's roadways.
