Dozens of pets visit ARL's Spay Waggin' on World Spay Day
Dozens of pet owners lined up at the Franklin Park Zoo Tuesday for a clinic on World Spay Day.
More than 25 animals will have the high-quality surgery for low or no cost Tuesday in the mobile Spay Waggin', a program hosted by the Animal Rescue League of Boston.
