A video of scuffle between Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation marshals and public went viral on February 20.

Scuffle took place at Juhu beach.

In the video, they are seen showering abuses and punches on each other.

Clash took place after the marshals were enforcing residents to wear masks after the recent spurt in COVID infections.
