‘President Putin will be visiting India..’: Foreign Secretary Shringla

Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla, who is on a 2-day visit to Russia, said that President Putin has accepted Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s invitation to visit India.

He also added that relations between India and Russia are at a good place.

Shringla called on Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and held talks with Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov.

He also added that India is looking to collaborate with Russia to manufacture Sputnik V vaccine.

Shringla said that he discussed issues of mutual interests, regional and global issues.
