UP's 1st transgender toilet opens in Varanasi city

Considering the problem faced by the transgender community, the Uttar Pradesh government has opened a toilet fully dedicated to them in Kamachha area of the city.

The transgender community faces certain problems as at times they aren't allowed in men or women public toilets.

The UP government is planning to open four transgender toilets in different locations of the city.

The transgender toilets will be constructed in areas where majority of transgender are living.
