He is a thought leader on transformational change and author of many books including his latest Transforming Systems: Why the World needs a New Ethical Toolkit.

Speaking to OneIndia exclusively, he applauded the organisers of the Jaipur Literary Festival saying it keeps getting better every year.

“Unless we grow inclusively the growth will not be sustained and it won’t be the right growth either.” he said while discussing Harsh Mander’s book Locking Down The Poor.
