Pandemic didn't deter govt from taking reforms for long term growth: FM

While replying to the Budget discussion in the lower house of the Parliament, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on February 13 said that COVID-19 pandemic did not deter the government form taking up reforms for long term growth.

"Stimulus plus reforms - an opportunity has been taken out of pandemic situation.

A challenging situation like pandemic didn't deter Govt from taking up reforms that are going to be necessary for sustaining long term growth for this country," said Finance Minister in Lok Sabha.
