Hancock: Proposed NHS reforms will bring 'better care'

Health Secretary Matt Hancock has said that proposed NHS reforms that aim to merge the health and social care system will help deliver "better care" on the frontline with "less bureaucracy".

The White Paper, which will be published later today, brings together the NHS, social care and local government to make decisions with the aim of providing integrated care.
