Govansh Raksha Abhiyan demands immediate action on illegal bull fights in Goa

Members of NGO Govansh Raksha Abhiyan met North Goa Collector demanding to stop illegal Bull fights organised in North Goa and illegal transportation of beef from other states.

The members also alleged that Goa Police has failed to seize beef imports from the illegal slaughter houses of Karnataka's various districts.

"We're raising our voice since 2012.

Collector is empowered to take action in the matter.

We've given him a letter urging to look into the issue," said a member.

GRAG has demanded immediate action against the wrongdoers.
