Man Runs Into Bike While Reversing his Car on Traffic Light and Blames Biker

This biker stopped at a traffic light behind a car.

The car driver slowly reversed his car and the biker revved his engine to warn him of the proximity.

However, he just kept going and ran into the bike.

He got out of the car and blamed the biker for damaging the car's rear bumper even though he was at fault.
