Can the MLB Hall of Fame Be Taken Seriously Without Barry Bonds in It?

For the first time since 2013, no one was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Of course that includes Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds.

But given what Bonds achieved in the game, can the Hall of Fame be taken seriously if he is not in it?
