Michael Fish's NBC 26 weather forecast
If you are seeing snow, it will slowly taper off as the day progresses.
1-3" will be the event total to the south and southeast of the Fox Valley.
3-6" of lake effect/enhanced snow is likely along parts of the Lake Michigan shoreline south of Manitowoc.
Highs will be in the mid to upper 20s with plenty of wind that may blow and drift some of that snow.
Tonight should be colder, blustery, but quiet with lows in the upper single digits.
Wednesday will be a little blustery and colder with highs in the low-20s.
Thursday and Friday also look dry.
By the weekend however, we will be getting above average with temperatures back near 30.
There's also a potential system over the weekend that could bring more snow to the area.
We'll work out the details as that system gets closer.
