Cold wave sweeps Bhubaneswar, Ludhiana

People of Bhubaneswar woke up to a chilly morning as the cold waves continued to blow across the city.

Thick layer of fog reduced the visibility to almost negligible in the city.

Though early-risers had the opportunity to see the thick pall of mist, dense fog also made plight for hundreds of commuters.

Similar conditions prevailed in Ludhiana too.
