Regional approach to school reopenings likely

England’s deputy chief medical officer has suggested that schools may reopen on a regional basis when the current national lockdown restrictions begin to ease.

Dr Jenny Harries said: “I think it's likely that we will have some sort of regional separation of interventions”.
