Icy winds, foggy morning grip Delhi

The cold waves have continued to grip the national capital.

A low visibility was witnessed here due to thick layer of fog.

The icy winds continued to hit normal lives.

In view of dense fog in northern region, the trains are also running late.

According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi recorded minimum temperature at 5 digreeC and maximum temperature at 19 digreeC.
