Delhi-NCR reels under icy winds, fog hits normal life

The temperature has further dipped in Delhi-NCR.

A low visibility was witnessed at Singh border.

The border area was reeling under thick layer of fog.

The area near India Gate was also under cold weather.

Cold waves have tightened its grip in Delhi and adjoining cities.

According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi's minimum temperature recorded at 4 degrees and maximum temperature was at 18 degrees today.

Meanwhile, locals were seen using bonfire to keep themselves warm in UP's Ghaziabad.
