Health secretary pleads with public to follow Covid rules
Matt Hancock has pleaded with the public to follow coronavirus rules and reduce all social contact that is not "absolutely" necessary.
The health secretary also spoke of the importance of the vaccine rollout during the Downing Street press conference.
