Chennai theatre gears up to occupy 100% seat accommodation ahead of Pongal
As per the order of Tamil Nadu government, movie theatres are getting ready to occupy 100 per cent seat accommodation.
Jothi Theatre in Chennai is getting cleaned and disinfected by the sanitary workers.
The theatre located near St Thomas Mount, is around 40-50 years old and is getting fully prepared for release of big budget film.
Theatre owners expressed their gratitude towards Chief Minister for the step taken ahead of release of various big films. These films will be released ahead of Pongal festival.Speaking to ANI, a member of Jothi Theatre, BG Muralidharan said, "We thank CM and hope to revamp our business.
We will be following all the SOPs keeping coronavirus in mind."
