ICU capacity improves, some businesses prepare to reopen

ICU capacity for the Greater Sacramento Region improved to nearly 17% Monday.

If it stays above the 15% threshold through the week, the regional stay-at-home order may be lifted, allowing businesses to reopen, including outdoor dining.
