Locally filmed Christmas movie features special needs cast

Joey Travolta made a name for himself in Hollywood, but his true training ground for founding Inclusion Films, a company that makes people with special needs the stars and creators of their movies, was his time spent as a special education teacher.

His latest production, ‘Carol of the Bells,’ filmed in Bakersfield, aims to bring Christmas cheer this holiday season.
