Businesses May Require Workers To Take COVID Vaccine

American healthcare workers were among the first to receive the COVID-19 vaccines on Monday.

After receiving clearance from the USFDA, Pharmaceutical companies Pfizer and Moderna have both said that their vaccines are 95% effective.

When the vaccine becomes more widely available, will people take it?

According to Business Insider, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) says that employers can require that employees get a COVID-19 vaccine...or be banned from the office.

When it comes to workplace safety, amid the pandemic, there are still some unanswered questions about what measures employers can take, and rules that they can require.

One lawyer predicts that most employers will strongly suggest, not necessarily require, the COVID-19 vaccination.
