California Eyes New Lockdowns As COVID ICU Cases Threaten To Overwhelm

Governor Gavin Newsom is responding to the COVID case spike with a region-by-region crackdown.

Tighter rules will take effect if the available ICU capacity in a region falls below 15 percent.

In the Bay Area, that could happen around mid-December.
