Adamant farmers refuse to budge as 'Delhi Chalo' protest enters 7th day

Farmers' 'Delhi Chalo' protest against the three agricultural laws passed by the central government entered seventh day on December 02.

Farmers continue to remain determined about their demands which includes the rollback of what they say are "black laws".

A huge crowd was seen at Singhu border, flouting COVID-19 norms, during their demonstration.

According to the government, the new farm laws will help farmers in getting more buyers for their produce.

While, the protesting farmers, on the other hand, fear that the new reforms will actually leave them at the mercy of big corporates.
