Locals hold tricolour as mortal remains of slain soldier reach native village in Maharashtra

The mortal remains of Sepoy Yash Deshmukh were brought to his residence on November 28.

Locals held the tricolour as mortal remains of the 21-year-old Deshmukh reached his native village.

He was killed in action during terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar on November 26.

Two soldiers were killed in the attack by terrorists in the HMT area located on the outskirts of Srinagar city.
