South Bay Shoppers Brave Stepped-Up Enforcement of Pandemic Restrictions

Santa Clara County said it wants to keep the public as safe as possible this holiday shopping weekend.

By noon Friday it had already issued 76 violations for non-compliance with its COVID-19 protocols.
