Some concerned big soccer tournaments could spread COVID-19

As the City of Phoenix prepares to host a large soccer tournament this weekend, there are concerns that it could help spread COVID-19.

On one hand, some feel it's good for the kids to be outside, and on the other, there is concern that it could further the virus's spread.
