Dan Rodimer re-vote case dismissed by judge

This just in - a Clark County Judge has just denied the petition from Republican Congressional Candidate Dan Rodimer for a re-vote after claims of irregularities in several ballots.

The judge dismissed the case, saying his court does not have the jurisdiction to issue a new election.
