S jayda mcclendon reports from food for less, where she found out what shoppers are looking for right now.
Jayda "everything from the size of gatherings to the size of turkeys people buying -- look a lot different this year."
Food for less management say smaller turkeys are in high demand.
People are filling their baskets with 12 to 14 pound birds, rather than 20 pound ones.
Management says they got the news about the two-week freeze in time to adjust their store orders.
Hundreds of turkeys are in stock which is good news for last minute shoppers.
"frozen birds are not a problem.
Fresh birds are every year, you know, obviously by, by wednesday.
Um, fresh birds are at wednesday evening.
Those are pretty much gone.
