Markets are super spreader, follow COVID appropriate behaviour: NCDC Director
National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Director Dr Surjeet Kumar Singh, who is leading a central team in Gujarat to review the escalating COVID-19 situation in the western state, said he along with he has been apprised of the measures taken by the state government, and his team will analyse the situation during their visit.
The NCDC Director called crowded markets super spreader of the disease, and stressed on following COVID appropriate behaviour, as he said that government alone cannot do everything to control the spread of the pandemic.
