Manoj Jha calls Shivanand Tiwari's 'Rahul Gandhi on picnic' remark as 'personal opinion'

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Manoj Jha called party leader Shivanand Tiwari's remark on Rahul Gandhi over Bihar elections "personal." "It's his personal opinion and not party's stand.

There is a proper time and place for any analysis which will be done to identify where we lacked in cooperation and synergy.

I believe it should be taken as Shivanand Tiwari's personal remark," said Manoj Jha to ANI.

RJD's Shivanand Tiwari in his remark blamed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for Bihar elections defeat and had said 'polls were in full swing and Rahul Gandhi was on picnic.'
