Huge crowd was seen in Central Market and Sarojini Nagar Market ahead of Diwali festival.
COVID-19 norms were flouted at these markets.
On November 08, Delhi reported 7,745 new COVID-19 cases reported taking the total number of cases to 4,38,529.
