Boyce ballinger are unacceptable...asking the board of public safety for ballinger to receive 'no pay'..

While he faces his charges of domestic battery and strangulation.a no pay status from the board which they did approve todaycourt documents say ballinger and his wife got into an argument after both were at a party.at their home... boyce's wife asked him how much he'd had to drink.documents say boyce 'charged' heather ballinger... placing his hands around her neck and pushing her against a wall.chief reed says this isn't the first time an officer has had a situation like this happen..
