Second suspect in murder, arson in court

Patricia Nethaway was in Herkimer County Court Friday to answer murder and arson charges after a man died in an apartment fire in Little Falls in January.

Timhy ren died in the fire.

Roche was in court earlier this week.

Right now -- the two women are charged jointly.

They have both made motions tser.

Herkimer county district attorney jeff carpenter has opposed that motion.

The judge has yet to render a decision.
