This stomach-churning video shows the moment a daredevil bungee jumper take a real 130 foot plunge wearing a VR helmet - that simulates him jumping between skyscrapers.

The Youtuber crew, known as the 'Passion Squad', performed the normal jump at Highlands Fling, Scotland Bungee, in Dundee.

Rhys Simmons, 24, dons a Virtual Reality headset as he takes a leap of faith with the goggles showing him appear to dive from the top of a building into the street below.

"This is a strange one!

But it is one of those things that had never been done and we had to try it!," said Rhys, from North London.

"We executed a 'bungeception'.

An experience where one of us would bungee jump whilst having a VR strapped to them and simultaneously bungee jump virtually.

"It was definitely a one of a kind experience that will go down in the history books.

I wouldn't do it again!

"This video was filmed on the 26th of September in Scotland, Dundee, with Highlands Fling Scotland Bungee.

"But sure makes a good story to tell on a night out and the video ended up being pretty cool.
