Boy arrested for hit-and-run in Delhi that claimed lives of minors

Delhi Police have nabbed a 17 year-old teenager in connection with the hit and run case of Model Town of northwest area.

Two children aged 5 and 8 years (minor sisters) died after a car rammed into them in Model Town area on October 13.

Two, including another child, injured.

Police probe is underway.

The injured are admitted in AIIMS for medical treatment.

Speaking to ANI, deceased father, Jaspal said, "If he is minor, why was he driving?

My daughters died because of him.

If he is 17, doesn't mean he shouldn't be punished." "God gave me 3 children, now two are gone and my son is critical.

My whole family was with me, my children just went to cross the road and this happened.

They would have been here if I had stopped them.

The car was very fast," the father added.
