Gymnast Dipa Karmakar flags off cycle rally in Agartala

Agartala Smart City Ltd organised an awareness rally for the benefits of cycling.

"Fitness is very important especially during COVID and cycling is the best way for it.

I'd like to say to my state's people to do this more and more," said gymnast Dipa Karmakar.
